A Taste of Salsa Guajillo Chile
Salsa Guajillo Chile is a true flavor explosion! Its deep, smoky taste carries a rich blend of guajillo chiles, tomatoes, garlic, and a medley of spices. The name “Guajillo” originates from the Nahuatl word “huaxin,” meaning “to season” – a testament to its culinary significance in Mexican cuisine. With a history dating back to ancient Aztec kitchens, this salsa has stood the test of time, evolving into the fiery sensation we know today.
